When do I get my first card? +
Your first digital card is sent within 48 hours of membership confirmation. Physical cards (Collector and Inner Circle) ship on the 1st of each month.
Are the cards numbered? +
Yes. Every card is numbered within the tier (e.g. #047/200 for Collector). The lower the number, the earlier you joined. Founding member cards are extra limited.
Can I upgrade my tier? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new perks start immediately. Note that founding member slots are limited - once a tier's founding spots are gone, they are gone permanently.
What does "first right of refusal" mean? +
Inner Circle members get 48 hours to purchase any new limited edition before it goes public. You'll receive a private email with the piece, price, and a direct purchase link.
Does my membership auto-renew? +
Yes. Paid memberships (Collector at $79/mo, Inner Circle at $199/mo) automatically renew each month until cancelled. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal. Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I cancel? +
Email support@anchorball.shop any time. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period.
What is a Hyper drop? +
Hyper drops are Ken's highest-tier limited sculptures - large-scale fiberglass or bronze editions in editions of 5 to 20. Inner Circle members have reserved allocation before any public release.
