Store Credit OnlyIf the pre-order window is still open but 48 hours have passed, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Contact us to discuss.
Pre-order cancellation after window closes
No RefundOnce the pre-order window closes and production begins, your item is being manufactured specifically for you. Cancellations are not accepted at this stage, except as required by applicable law.
Item arrives damaged or defective
Full Refund or ReplacementContact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund including shipping.
In-stock item - change of mind
Return Within 14 DaysUnopened in-stock items may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping costs. Item must be in original, sealed packaging.
Opened item - no defect
No Return AcceptedWe do not accept returns on opened collectibles. All sales of opened items are final.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@anchorball.shop with the subject line: Refund Request - Order #[your order number]
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request
- For damaged items, attach clear photos of the damage
- We will respond within 2 business days with a decision and next steps
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Store credit: issued immediately
- PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
