Pre-Order Shipping
When you pre-order an Anchorball collectible, your item enters our made-to-order production pipeline:
- Pre-order window closes - typically 7-14 days from launch
- Production begins - manufacturing starts based on confirmed order count
- Quality inspection - every piece is inspected before packaging
- Ships to you - direct from production facility with full tracking
Estimated production time is 60-90 days from close of the pre-order window. Dates are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. For pre-orders, you will receive a notification approximately 1 week before your order ships.
If you have not received tracking information within the stated processing window, please contact us at support@anchorball.shop.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item before opening further, then email support@anchorball.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos attached. We will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan packages). If still missing, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns
Please see our Refund Policy for the full return process. In summary: pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund; in-stock items accepted for return within 14 days if damaged or defective; items must be in original unopened condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Address Changes
To change your shipping address after placing an order, email support@anchorball.shop immediately. We can update addresses for pre-orders at any point before production ships. For in-stock orders, address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placement.
