CallWaiting.ai does not use your call recordings, transcripts, or business configuration data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide the Service to you and is not shared across other customers' accounts.
CallWaiting.ai records and transcribes calls handled by your AI receptionist. The AI receptionist includes a mandatory disclosure at the beginning of each call informing the caller that they are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded. This disclosure cannot be disabled.
