Customers using InteliVoice in healthcare settings must not use the platform to collect, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) without first signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with InteliVoice. Contact hello@intelivoice.io to request a BAA.
Customers in financial services must ensure their use of InteliVoice complies with applicable FINRA, SEC, and state financial regulations governing recorded communications and customer disclosures.
Law firms using InteliVoice for client intake calls are responsible for ensuring compliance with attorney-client privilege and applicable state bar rules governing AI use in legal practice.
