InteliVoice ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their callers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI phone agent platform.

Call Recording and Transcription

All calls handled by InteliVoice are recorded and transcribed to enable our AI to learn and improve. Call recordings are stored securely and retained for 90 days by default. You may request earlier deletion. Callers are notified of recording at the start of each call in compliance with applicable law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure, telephony, and payment processing providers. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is logged and audited.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@intelivoice.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Core site functionality does not require cookies.

Call Recording Data

When your customers call your InteliVoice number, call audio, transcripts, and metadata (caller ID, duration, timestamps) are collected and stored. This data is accessible only to the authenticated account holder and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., Retell AI voice infrastructure).

Caller Rights

Callers who interact with an InteliVoice AI host may request deletion of their call recording by contacting the business they called. Businesses can delete individual call records from the InteliVoice dashboard at any time.

GDPR & CCPA

For customers and callers in the EU or California, InteliVoice supports data subject access requests, deletion requests, and data portability exports. Submit requests to legal@intelivoice.io. We respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days post-cancellation. Backup copies may persist for up to 60 additional days in encrypted storage.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). For full details, see our Security page.
